      Grant Limited Access to Control

      This article will provide a walkthrough on how to grant a user limited admin access in the Control portal.

      Grant Access to a System

      1. Login to the bvoip phone system.
      2. Go to System > Users on the left hand side.
      3. Edit the user in question
      4. Go to the User Access tab.
      5. Ensure that the Is admin drop-down is set to No.
      6. In the role list, enable whichever roles the user should have access to.
      7. Click the Save button.
