Adding Applications for Teams
This article will provide a walkthrough on adding the 1Stream and UniConsole application.
After setting up the tokens, permissions and secrets in Azure, the applications for 1Stream and UniConsole can be added on as a Teams application.
Adding the Uniconsole Application
The UniConsole application is intended for Teams environments where the users do not all use Teams. This application works as a secondary dialer which will allow all Teams users to see their non-Teams based phone system users and be able to dial them directly, see their statuses and transfer calls.
For instructions on installing the UniConsole application into Teams, please see our Setting up the UniConsole Application for Teams article.
Adding the 1Stream Application
The 1Stream application is intended to give Teams users a single desktop application experience where they can access and utilize 1Stream within their Teams application, without having to use multiple desktop applications.
For instructions on installing the 1Stream application into Teams, please see our Setting up the 1Stream Application for Teams article.
