Adding a Contact Note

This a walkthrough on how to add a contact note in bvoip's 1Stream integration.

1Stream Level Feature Notice

This feature is available for only Core level 1Stream users and up. If you would like this feature to be available, then please reach out to your bvoip Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing. 

Adding a Contact Note 

  1. Log into the the 1Stream Desktop Application. 
  2. Pull up the contact. 
  3. Click on the person icon. The New Contact Note pop-up will appear. ContactNote1
  4. In the Note field, add the text that you wish to have in the note.
  5. In the Type drop-down, select the desired option.
  6. Click the Add button.

The contact notes will apply to the contact and appear in 1Stream under the contact notes section as well as in the connected CRM(s).
