Using the Softphone Chat Feature

This article will provide a walkthrough on using the chat feature on your softphone desktop application.

Using the Phone System Chat

1. Open the softphone Desktop Application.
2. Click on the Chat icon.
3. Click the Compose button.
   
4. Click the checkbox to select the desired people to be included into the chat.
5. Click the Check button to start the chat. A chat pop-up will appear.
6. In the box with the three icons, click inside to start typing. The box above the text box will display the chat as it goes.
