Customers are reminded that all Rackspace confidential information (whether disclosed orally or in writing), must remain confidential under the terms of the Hosting Services Agreement, NDA or such other agreement put in place with Rackspace. Any disclosure by a Rackspace customer to a third party must be flowed down in a Non-Disclosure Agreement which has terms no less restrictive than those in place with Rackspace.
